I’ve been running 200 mg test c 400 npp and 400 mast for the last 3 weeks now well it seems as if I’m converting pretty easily both nipples have a decent size mass behind them right one is worse than the left I’ve been taking aromasin every other day for about two weeks and it seems as if it’s not working going in for bloods Monday how could I possibly be experiencing this at my trt dose ??

It's not the test. It's the NPP.

Get your estradiol under control and try 20mg a day tamoxifen ( novladex ) for maybe 5 days. Some people will suggest higher dose, but 20 has worked for me successfully.

Sounds like you're taking a lot of aromasin. Be careful and just get blood work and go from there.

Didn’t even realize that it could be the npp it makes sense now I’m going to stop the aromasin now and switch to nolvadex for 5 days could you maybe give me a protocol after for e2 control like .5 arimidex a week ?

I agree with @victoryvalhalla in that it's probably the NPP/ prolactin. Obviously blood work is the best way to go but I just went through this on my NPP cycle at 400mg which this didnt happen last time I ran 400npp.

20mg Nolva for 5 days didnt fully eliminate it for me so I went with .25mg caber 1x per week (2 weeks, its very strong stuff), and 50mg raloxifene before bed everyday for those 2 weeks. My nips are 100% back to normal.

Depends on how your labs are looking tbh. I wouldn't be surprised if you are messing it up with all that aromasin. I would not start arimidex with aromasin in your system. Aromasin I believe lasts like 5 days or so in your system. Maybe someone can chime in. And that's for like 1. So if you are taking them regularly ouch.

They work differently. Take a look at the differences in a search. Too much to type. But wouldn't recommend taking both. You'll feel awful dropping your estrogen too low.

5 days was what worked for me you may need it longer. But it helps get rid of the lumps you're feeling usually. You'll have to wing it a bit honestly. No one size plan for everyone. Some guy at the gym told me a long time ago when I was having similar issues. Worked out so I pass the knowledge along.

Hey that's good news. I forgot all about prolactin. I havent had the issue in a couple years and don't really run heavy cycles anymore. Solid advice. I'm gonna gonna actually take note Incase I need it. Thanks man

I appreciate the info brother I have some stuff showing up in the mail this week so I’m hoping to get rid of this asap never had an issue with npp it’s always been a good one for me so it just threw me for a loop

Whose gear are you using? If estrogen was in check I wouldn’t be too worried about prolactin at that dose of NPP with Aromasin EOD and Masteron honestly.

Bloods will tell, but I’d guess either the aromasin is bunk or one of the compounds you’re taking is actually test

Using hunters npp and vipers mast the test is my prescription from the dr

Exemestane (Aromasin) half-life is 24hrs, Arimidex is 50hrs.

I'd go with .25mg (250mcg) Cabergoline or Pramipexole once or twice a week and get labs to confirm prolactin levels went down.
