Hgh pre workout

Hey guys can’t find much info on this but I’m trying to find he best time pre workout to take my growth for the best pump/muscle growth I’ve been doing this for years but just want to hear everyone else’s input

I’ll take mine 45 minutes pre or immediately post. I’m starting to follow BFGs GH protocol and doing it all post workout. He laid out a plan saying it was the most optimal for mass and had listed several pro IFBB cycles.

He is the owner of ERoids so I’m not sure how reliable it is but several people said he was spot on and was in the know.

I like it a lot. My biceps have gotten pretty big on them. After this run with my coach, I may incorporate BFGs cycles and what not as well.

Solid stuff I’ve only read his GH/slin protocol but would like to see some of his cycles. got a link?

Pinned 6iu supertropin 30 minutes pre workout, pump was crazy skin was tight and vascular looked about 20lbs heavier, workout was 10 times better than normal, this is compared to pinning first thing am, also gear I’m taking 250mg test per week 250mg deca per week

Not trying to hijack the thread here but would this preworkout method work with a dose as small as 2iu? I’ve been running 2iu/ day of pharma humatrope for over 2 years first thing in the am about an hour before my first meal. I am obviously not running it for mass building purpose, however would pre workout dosing be beneficial at all for me? I’m certainly down for some awesome workout pumps and it may be good to change it up a bit.

I have a question ind of related to the topic but on using GH post-workout. I’ve read that when using peptides or HGH that you should avoid having carbs and fats before your injection, and to give yourself at least 90 minutes after eating before you inject. If I were to use an intra-workout beverage consisting of simple carbs, how does using HGH post-workout play into training?

I believe it would be more beneficial, I am going to continue doing it this way probably for as long as I take It, I want My igf levels to be high or already rising when my muscles are freshly destroyed to get the most growth

So when I would do it post workout I would usually be using slin and I would drink a high carb/protein shake about 45 minutes before, I would mix Gatorade & a carb supp with some aminos for intra then post workout pin the growth, eat an hour later, pre workout just gives the best workouts

I do the same, I just inject it with other shit I’m taking PWO mostly because it’s easier for me to do. I don’t know of any advantages tbh
