Is this a good sign? As in, it's stronger than what you were on before, or something about dimers/UGL and side effects
It’s something that happens it subsides after a while but is a good indicator that it’s real and pure

Basically it will mimic carpol tunnel it sucks at first for me at least I was up multiple times a night in extreme pain but I also didn’t start on a low dose and bump in up as you should I just went straight to 4iu a day

Everyone should read this closely.

Gotta increase GH very slowly. +0.5 IU every few days, even splitting AM/PM dose timing.

The slower you increase the better. When I've personally escalated too quickly I could never tolerate more than 6 IU. But after escalating as slowly as .5 IU/ every 1-2 weeks, I can take 8IU+ with the same amount of neuropathy I used to get with say 4 IU. If you dont let your body adapt to the dosage you're shooting yourself in the foot

I have been on GH for 7 weeks. started at 1iu and worked up to now 4iu. Was going up .5iu every 10 days. but at 4iu I am inredibly stiff and sore in lower back. Any ideas of what i should do, or just wait it out?

I would hold at that dose for a while and see if anything changes after a few weeks. Often times if you give your body time to acclimate, it will.
