Starting Monday but noticing a little nipple sensitivity from my current test dose and wondering if I should take a small AI dose for the first few weeks until the primo kicks in.

No, just wait for the primo.

What’s ur dose at?

If it’s 2:1 just wait a week or so. That’s when mine started to level out.

I wouldn't fuck around with nipple sensitivity. See your doc, get bloods done, and see what's out of whack.

Because the next step is gyno then surgery. Wanna avoid that.

Take the AI dose for 2-3 weeks until you build and stabilize primo levels in your blood. Keep in mind you still may need a bit of AI even while on primo, but primo should do most of the work. Only with estradiol bloodwork can you know. I am doing a 1:1 test/primo cycle and I've had to dial in AI at 6mg aromasin 2x/week the day after I pin.

I was getting small nipple tingles periodically on TRT.

I had been at 180mg enth weekly (E3.5D) for over a year and taking 0.25mg anastrozole every injection. Suddenly I started getting the tingles a day before injection.

My dr ordered bloods and my e2 was just below middle range. They ordered prolactin and it was low.

Not sure what caused the tingles.

I lowered my T to 140mg and dropped the AI and it's been fine since.
