So I'm coming up to the end of a 16 week cycle. I was doing 400 test a week and added 300 primo for the last 8. I recently dropped to 300 test because I'm having some issues. When I'm done I want to cruise on 180ish a week for awhile before I start my next one. What's the best way to do that? Do I completely stop for a few weeks and then start the cruise or do i go straight from 300 a week to 180?
