Thank you for the reply! Has it ever taken 10 days with no response? I got an email that payment was received and it says order is being prepared to ship but it hasn’t shipped and there’s been no email responses and it’s been 10 days I ordered on August 27th. I do really appreciate your response to the post though I feel better about the situation that he will come through and he’s always been great in the past. Hopefully it comes through soon!He's usually good with follow-up. I think just before you ordered last week he had a bulletin posted stating orders were behind but going out last Monday/Tuesday and emails to him were also way behind. Don't worry he will come thru! After you paid you should have received an email stating payment received, then shipping will say processing...then a day or so later it will state Shipped. You can email him ask ask for a Tracking Number too but it usually is only 2-3 days after that you will receive. I have consistently ordered from Hunter for the last 3 years and a few times had delays but never ever has he not come thru with a perfect order.

He just updated his website, saying to resend emails!I ordered from Hunter Pharmaceutical over a week ago and haven’t gotten any updates or email responses. Does anyone know how to get ahold of him I paid him $1,000 and have no idea what is going on haven’t heard a thing.
He’s usually pretty good about follow-up… I got an email back last week that was a few weeks behind but he apologized and we are all good… I resent another about a week ago and haven’t hear back but after placing many orders over last 3-4 years never ever been any issue whatsoever… late like your experiencing due to back order items but always comes thru… sorry your caught in this issue now too… don’t worry, he will come thruI’ve been waiting for a month with no reply even after sending emails following his site update. Super frustrating. Hope you have better luck than me.
