Hey does anyone know why when i inject my shoulder with test E 250mg/ml i usually do .5 ml and my shoulder right after hurts a little if i raise my arm or use my side delt basically, and the day after i have a little swollen spot in my shoulder and it’s sore but never hot to the touch or anything like that just sore but when i do ventral glute injections nothing happens and im fine and no soreness really
