Do not mention shipping method, package appearance, source state product shipped from. There really is nothing that should be stated other than two choices:

1. Blended in with every other pack in the mail and inspired confidence

or

2. Scared me so much with how sloppy it was packed, handwritten address label, and there was a wet spot in the corner from leakage that I was afraid to open it and expected a knock on my door.
