I’ve been blasting 1g a day for literally for months; I didn’t experience any help with recovery or soreness, however, I did notice I was able to go hard nonstop if I wanted to lol. Apparently, it also helps protect and rebuild the heart, but, like I said, if you’re not brewing it yourself, it is not worth it. These people selling it are ass-raping everyone when it costs literally 4 dollars to make 20ml.
