Intense Cycles

Gotcha, how in the world do you out-eat the 7/7 haha? I am struggling to eat so badly right now, hitting 4.5k-5k cals clean bulk on 500 T 300 primo is not doing it for me (my second cycle, I have not hit 500 or 300 yet, but probably should next week) . The scale isn't moving and my muscles are not recovering nearly as fast, kinda feels like when you cut too hard and your muscles are sore for a little longer than they should be.

Haha :ROFLMAO: holy smokes no T, I mean if it worked it works man... I don't know if I would try that but I get it, injections suck sometimes.

Damn, that is amazing 235-240 is my goal -3-4% bf and - water weight.

What was your most recent cycle? Now that you are very experienced etc. how much muscle can you hope to put on during cycles and bulks now?
This isn't what you were expecting but honestly a bad diet isn't as bad as steroids and has minimal effects on cholesterol if saturated fat is moderate and you dont have a lot of bodyfat. I personally love saturated fats so I started taking atorvastatin and now eat whatever I want so long as I hit my protein goals. By the way cooking clean healthy meals that taste good is the way what do you expect eating unseasoned chicken if you have some delicious food you will eat a lot whether it's healthy or not I think a lot of the foods we bodybuilders vilify have a lot of nutritional value in them.

I struggle hard with diet, it is 100% clean (steak, rice, chicken, egg whites, etc.) or 10k cals of pizza, wings, and bread sticks. OR even worse restrictive calories. I can not be trusted to have junk food in my house because I will eat it ALL right away and then jump back to a cleaner diet. Sadly, I have to be all or nothing, so I am phasing in cheat days after huge lift days as a reward and to ensure I recover.

I love food, so I totally understand you starting atorvastatin, I have been taking citrus bergamot in hopes of controlling cholesterol, not that it has ever been a problem, but just with the sheer amount of food I am hitting fats pretty good.
 
i need to keep protein high if I’m eating junk food the main junk food I eat is ice cream and it’s very filling. I also love ribeyes, fried chicken, and burgers I don’t consider them junk food because they’re relatively healthy for someone that is lean and burns a lot but the red meat drives cholesterol through the sky.

Why do you ask — trying to justify a larger cycle? You should run the minimum amt your body responds best to. Open pros run 2g/test a week but you’d get mainly negative sides if you jumped right into that so what’s the point

My biggest was 600 test 400 npp 400 test 100 var, 4iu gh.

Same thing as bro before, you kinda just feel like shit. Idk I just felt like my body was rejecting so much stuff. I try to keep it to 2 compounds. Not orals & just gh

Isn't there diminishing returns after one gram of test. I get estrogenic side effects and need arimidex on trt though. Who told you pros run 2g test a week do you know what else they run? I'm not justifying anything I just want to know what kind of cycles they run for their results. I'm currently recomping with tren but even this "magic drug" tren hasn't given me what I expected to get from it so now I'm doing a high tren cycle.

You’re probably not getting what you want from tren because you’re not eating enough. There’s probably better choices to accrue muscle mass, unless you just respond extremely well to tren. It can give people digestion issues, amongst other things.
 
Just finished today my biggest cycle. 875mg test(1000mg over the last month), 625mg deca and 50mg anadrol for the last 4 weeks. Gained 25 pounds but also gained some a little fat as i wasnt doing as much cardio. Broke PRs on every lift. One of the best cycles ive done for sure

Roman Fritz does 250mgs test and 200mgs primo daily + 16iu GH and he’s a smaller pro.. imagine what guys like Samson are taking with Milos and his insulin protocols!

Ever mix protein powder into ice cream? In the summer if there's room in the freezer, I fill up a few coffee mugs with ice cream and let it melt. I mix in a scoop of same flavored protein powder and throw it back in the freezer to enjoy at a later time.

I mix protein in Greek yogurt and use brownie fudge protein powder and it tastes like pudding. Haven't as much though because I love meat it's my favorite thing to eat and goes perfectly with this lifestyle.

The leaner you get the less estrogenic sides you'll get, at least in my experience. I can do 750test/when I was only normy lean 300t required AI
