Gotcha, how in the world do you out-eat the 7/7 haha? I am struggling to eat so badly right now, hitting 4.5k-5k cals clean bulk on 500 T 300 primo is not doing it for me (my second cycle, I have not hit 500 or 300 yet, but probably should next week) . The scale isn't moving and my muscles are not recovering nearly as fast, kinda feels like when you cut too hard and your muscles are sore for a little longer than they should be.

Damn, that is amazing 235-240 is my goal -3-4% bf and - water weight.
What was your most recent cycle? Now that you are very experienced etc. how much muscle can you hope to put on during cycles and bulks now?
