I think it’s pretty common with people trying to get on trt. Not exactly sure how successful it is, but if you’re on the verge/low end of “average” it can’t hurt to eat like shit/not sleep/workout for a couple days to try to lower levels more.

Yeah its pretty common. Eat in a deficit for a week with no fats, lots of cardio and don’t sleep before the test. Test levels should be pretty trashed

Mirror what the others said. Eat shitty, sleep shitty, have shitty test levels. I’ve heard doing a cycle of lgd4033 lowers test levels on blood work as well.

I"m wondering if anyone has say done a week or two of gear and stopped 2 weeks before their appointment with no PCT to really crash their shit before seeing the endocrinologist…

I did it. I did a full 12 week cycle of 750 Test Cyp and 600 Deca. I was at 216 test levels at exactly 3 weeks after my last shot of test. Got my own labs done and the doc put me on TRT right away. So I did it. But beware I was sobbing like a baby at fucking commercials lol. It sucks.

perfect, thank you…I’m trying to avoid crashing so hard that my GF breaks up with me for growing a vagina…but I was thinking about doing a week or so of some leftover Sdrol i have laying around and stopping a few weeks prior to my appointment just in case she tests for AAS for some reason…

Don’t think a week or 2 is enough to shut u down enough. I would atleast do 6 weeks (like the requirement for bloodwork proof for a source…I believe that’s the required time frame). I just know that after my cycle I planned on doing that exact thing. Drop my levels. I just chose 3 weeks to see what my levels would be at…got mine done at private med labs. And it was just enough time to out me at 216. Doing that cycle. I would definitely do as many weeks as u can man. Or get your bloods checked on your own before going to the doc to make sure u are low. Otherwise they probably won’t give it to u even if u are on the low side of the range.

Talk about it sucking. Lol. Im not even exaggerating about this story. I was sitting at the table eating dinner with my family after I got my results back. Had the doc appointment like 2 days later… We were eating. Nothing emotional going on. And out of no where I busted out crying. Literally tears crying. And my Wife was like what is wrong? I said I have no clue and started laughing my ass off lol. She said “you need to get to that doc asap”. Lol it sucks for sure. But if u wanna get on TRT, it’s the sure way to do it.

Edit: if u do get your own labs done. Which u really should just to be sure. Bring them with u. Otherwise they will have to pull them and you’ll have to wait longer. He said how do u know u are low on T and I gave him the results and he gave me a shot that day.

My understanding is that any good endocrinologist (that isn’t just trying to write you a TRT prescription no matter what) will be able to easily tell the difference between low levels and levels that have been crashed with AAS.

I have heard of LGD-4033 being useful, as it suppresses your testosterone production but doesn’t have other negative markers on your bloodwork. I have never tried it though, and only looked into it a little bit, since I am not planning on getting a script in the near future.

This. You can’t take AAS to crash your test levels because they check your lh and fsh with your test (if they’re not retarded) and if both of those are also crashed they’re going to know somethings up.

same. I cruised for about 4 weeks, then 2 weeks prior to my draw I stopped completely. No AI, just stopped pinning. Test came back at 256 ng/dl. Just low enough to get a TRT script and keep the wife happy. I brought a pin with me and literally pinned in the parking lot outside the clinic after my appt, like a junkie. Then I headed to the gym. lol

Most TRT clinics will take you on if you just tell them you were self administering. They don’t even make you stop taking your test. It’s considered harm reduction.

This is pretty true. If you do some searching, you can find some clinics that will pretty much prescribe you Test no matter what; and they will put you on a good dosage too (200mg/week + HCG + AI). The only downside is the cost. You would be looking at ~$100-200/month for the actual substances and then some additional startup costs for the initial prescription. So probably ~$300 for your first month and then it ~$150 after. But it depends on the clinic, and you might even be able to get a prescription and just run UGL test from a source here for much cheaper.

If you plan to go through a normal doctor though, they are going to be much more stringent.

LGD-4033 got my levels down for prescription TRT pretty consistently (doc wanted more than one blood test before putting me on test)

did you come off the LGD before your draws or did you stay on?

Not OP, but no, there would be no need to come off LGD. They aren’t testing for it (would be insanely expensive AFAIK), all they are looking at is your bloodwork. LGD will cause your Test levels to be suppressed but won’t show up elsewhere on your bloodwork.

Are you me?

I did the same thing.

But; my path was a little different.

I was actually low T; got a natural draw at ~290 and had the bloodwork to show for it; and go on TRT with a clinic. I realized “this shit is expensive; sure would be nice to have insurance cover this” so I took my results to my urologist and told him I’d like to do TRT.

He required a second draw in order to start treatment / for insurance. Fuck.

So; I came off TRT; waited ~3 weeks; and I privately got blood draws every week to watch my T levels drop. When I was exactly where I wanted to be; I got my “official” second draw; which was right on the money at 212.

Bam; insurance covered TRT from there out.

And yeah; pinned in the parking lot on my way out after that blood draw. Like a junkie.

do you by chance have a trusted source for LGD? I’m sure your experience was a while ago but i figured it would be worth an ask…I have looked on here and the sarms reddit but the info is all over the place…
