Hello all im a 50 year old 5'7" 165 lbs 14 % bf and am currently taking test c and good hgh im here gor knowledge, harm reduction, and positive feedback i train 4-5 days a week and i eat clean drink good amounts of water and take my protein intake seriously as well as the other components wich pertain to diet i also take my liver/kidney supplements as well as a few extra vitamins as i am over 50. Thats my wuick introduction to this forum thanks
