id like to hear some of you guys opinions and experiences. started my cut & plan on starting at 3iu daily for about 6 months to a year.

What is your suggested dosing?Yes. Very worth it.
What is your dosing for the low dose?I think it's worth it at a low dose for its anti aging effects, improved sleep quality, nutrient partitioning and recovery benefits. I've done higher doses...up to 4ius, but that only seemed to increase sides without any increased benefits. Sides, for me, we're stiff joints and water retention.
What is the frequency at that dosage?2.5 to 3.0 ius...that's double the replacement dose offered at wellness clinics.. I'm a female but I've known males to respond well running it this low.

ED if you can afford it. Right now you can get some damn good quality generics on here for a fraction of the price of pharma. If you’re super broke I would do at least 5 days on and look at something like GHRP + Mod GRF on off days.What is the frequency at that dosage?

Personally anything below 3iu seems like a waste to me and is used for replacement standards. I'd say start at 3iu everyday, fasted, and if you feel comfortable after a few weeks you can up 1-2ius. Be sure to check your fasted glucose once or twice a week to see if anything changes.What is your dosing for the low dose?

Should that be "fasted" or does that not matter?Split up your dose. There is literally ZERO reason to use more than 1 IU every 4 hours of fat loss is your goal. If you’re trying to get more IGF-1 out of it, then using higher doses makes sense.
Studies have literally proven that 0.9 IU Pharma HGH will maximize lipolysis in a 100 Kg man for 3-4 hours. Take your 3 IU’s and split it into morning, afternoon, and before bed or just morning and before bed.
This might be a dumb question, but how long does it take for you to be considered fasted after a meal in the day? Here is a normal day for me:Yes. HGH has to be used fasted to get fat loss out of it. Otherwise, the fatty acids that it frees up will just get re-stored instead of burnt for energy.
