Is it true you aren’t supposed to eat carbs within 30min of hgh?

I read this the other day. Is it true? Why?

What if you're also taking insulin, Does it matter then if you're eating carbs within 30min of hgh? Because I need to use insulin and hgh together to benefit from it. And obviously you don't want to have insulin without carbs

hgh converts to igf 1 which binds to the same receptors as insulin so if you take it and then eat carbs your body is overwhelmed and you build up an insulin resistance
i think
someone correct me if im wrong or explain better
im not sure how taking more insulin effects the whole process
also you dont need insulin for hgh to work unless your body is already having trouble producing enough on its own. you can start to need insulin while using hgh because of the resistance you build, your body just cant produce enough on its own to deal
again correct me if im wrong

Have you taken insulin before?

Yes, many times. I'm currently on it. Just trying to figure out the most beneficial way to use it because I was recently told differently by a pro I know. We got into a discussion about it at my gym yesterday

Insulin resistance is not from eating carbs to close to taking HGH or from IGF-1.

Insulin resistance is the result of elevated HGH levels released fatty acids into the blood stream during its active life. One of HGH role in the body is to mobilize energy from fat cells, thats why it "butns fat". This causes a rise in basal Insulin. The consistent elevation of basal insulin causes resistance to that very same insulin.

If you are in a caloric deficit this is not likely to happen as you are using that free energy released into the blood stream.

The only reason I can imagine you would wait to eat after administering HGH is to take advantage of its ability to mobilize fatty acids, so before fasted cardio for instance. Otherwise I don't think there is a reason to wait.

I think that comes from the peptide would as they work through the ghrelin pathway to cause a pituitary release of HGH. This would be obstructed by feeding as HGH and Insulin are counter regulatory hormones.

If you are on exogenous sources of both, it doesn't matter in the slightest. They both will still work.

Danged autocorrect typos.

My Olympia pro coach said it doesn’t matter when I asked and take it whenever. I think the timing shit is very overrated

You're good taking GH fasted or fed, with or without cardio.

Those are super-minutiae compared to actually using the GH and exercising (and diet is good, sleep quality, et cetera)
