My overall experience
Took a shot cuz the reviews have been stellar. Communication in less than 24 hours. Tracking number. Awesome.
First package got mishandled and the product lost. K4L gave me the reship no questions asked. Granted, I think I wrote an essay explaining the bizarre situation but I'm pretty sure K4L had the new tracking number to me that day.
To say I'll be returning is an understatement.

Products, effectiveness and results
Got a tirz kit. Clean, compact and ready to go. My first GLP-1/GIP peptide and regardless of how many tips & tricks posts and anecdotes I read, I still blew chunks on Day 2 with the lowest recommended dose. There is no doubt of purity and efficacy.

Customer service
As previously mentioned, quick communications and immediate shipping. Handled the shipping mishap when it wasn't their fault. Transaction on the site was quick and painless.

Shipping and Delivery
Standard USPS. Easy. Compact. The packaging for the kit was nice and compact. Easy for storing. I love it.
Turnaround was 6-days including shiptime? I ordered late in the day so I can't say it wouldn't be 5 if I did it in the morning. K4L is just on it.

Additional comments
I said it before and I'll say it again, I'm going back. No doubt.

Did you reconstitute with 1mL? What was your initial dosage? I just picked up the same tirz and I'm hoping to avoid the chunk blowing part. Lol

I use Marek Health for bloodwork and pharma test. I asked about glp1s a while ago and they sent me a dosage chart for sema and tirz. This one was for the tirzepatide.
Protocol: Only increase the dose as needed.
Recommended dose escalation:
• Week 1-4: Inject 2.5mg subcutaneously once per
week after eating a meal.
• Week 4-8: Inject 2.5mg subcutaneously twice per
week after eating a meal.
• Week 8+: Inject 5mg subcutaneously twice per week
after eating a meal.

They also recommend getting Ondansetron ODT if nausea comes up. I got some tirz from kits since Marek's tirz is like $1400 for fucking 40mg lmao. But I had one time where I had nausea and that was after I started the 2.5mg twice a week, I think it was something I ate that the tirz didn't like and I had to puke it out. But after 8 weeks total so far I've only had the one instance.

I actually fugged up and reconstituted it with 3mL because I read the peptide calculator wrong. K4L gives a link out on their site's FAQ (https://peptidecalc.com/). For some reason it's not working at the moment, through.

I messed something up and thought I needed much more bac water than I did so... But yeah, I dosed at 2.5mg to start and escalating. The dose recommendation is pretty much what Stewfood said.

The day after I dosed, I was fine. The next day, I had the most pronounced hunger suppression. I was a little scared to even drink water because I was take a gulp and I would get a slight fullness feeling that I've never gotten before. Maybe even a hint of nausea but not really. It hit 1PM and forced myself to eat food. I had like 6 spoonfuls of a soup over 15 minutes (eating while I was balls deep in work) and I had to stop. I was full full. From there on out I felt overly full for the next 4 hours until I left. I had this acidic feeling in my throat the whole time and I kept burping little tiny burps.

Well, I drove home and I stepped out of my car and popped right there. There was so much water. It's as if I never passed the water along from my stomach the whole day. It was fucking comical how much there was.

I'm thinking about maybe split dosing 1.25mg 2 times a week to avoid anything shitty moving forward. I see people having success with that.

I use the Pepcal app from Google Play Store. I'm sure it's the same thing K4L suggested. Thanks for the info. I started at 1.5mg just to see how I would react. If all goes well, I'll increase the dose next week.
