LnL Slow T/A

I needed to order from Lucy because I needed tabs I could break.
I’m pretty unhappy with the T/A from Lacey on this order. It’s not what it use to be back in the Reddit days. Definitely not up to par with other sources here.

April 8: Order placed, asked for ETH address
April 9: About 20 hours for a response, got sent BTC address
April 10: Over 36 hours to get the right address sent
April 11: Almost 24 hours later, Payment confirmed. “Pack will be shipped promptly and I will send a tracking number.”

I waited. No package, no email.

April 20: No package. I email asking for tracking number.
April 21: Tracking number provided. History shows pack shipped April 20. No apologies or explanation for the delay.

13 days and counting…

Everyone is backed up from people needing gear from AG they didn’t recieve. Everyone else is close to OOS or a longer wait than usual. LnL put out a statement on the forum if you wanna look it up.

I apologize for your displeasure on this. The other person who has responded to this hit it exactly. With everything happening we got slammed with orders and I’m getting them out as quickly as I possibly can. I do apologize for the delay in getting these packs out, but they are going out in the order they were paid for and I’m now making progress on getting caught back up. It happens and we are doing the best we can. Anyone who asks is getting the truth, and I’ve actually processed a couple refunds for people who couldn’t wait. Thanks for your honesty though, I always appreciate it when people are honest in reviews good or bad
