Anyone having trouble with orders from @LockandLoadLabs sent several emails after waiting over a week for my order and not getting a response. Really surprised since I have ordered several times from them and shipping is always quick with next day responses to emails.

@gainzbitch have you ensured you are using their verified emails in their signature block?

They post updates here very frequently including emails being cleared out and all responded. Very unlike them to not respond

@CaptainAmerica It was the correct verified email address. Same emailbaddress that they responded to to get my btc and address but now no response. I agree unlike them but there’s always a first-time for all sources

@hypeobeauty1 you can smell all you want and you would be fucking wrong. I have been a member of SST since Reddit and I rarely engage in the forum unless there is an issue. Seems that when the site was updated some how my one response to the admin became like 10. When I noticed it I deleted the repetitive ones. So iteresting that folks that have nothing productive to say and don’t know the full story of a tech issue just have to say something.

@gainzbitch still no response? I know they respond to emails at certain times of the day like very early in the morning is usually lacey. Usually wont hear anything until the next day. Its been a week though? Shit i dont man.

You fell victim to a scam as I mentioned in our correspondence. If you look into the details section of the email addresses it shows the emails were actually coming from a .de tutanota account not our verified address in our signature. Once I received all of the information requested yesterday I was able to put the pieces together and get your order processed. I apologize that in cases like this it takes a little longer to verify the claim and get the product out. But, I am pretty proud of our team, they obtained all the required information, did the research, and got the pack over to shipping in under 3 days. Pretty spectacular in my book. We always take care of our customers, and have done so since our inception. I am sorry if this experience left a bad taste in your mouth, but rest assured you will receive your order and will not be left without the money or product. If you have other questions please reach out on the protonmail thread we have been communicating on. Otherwise, I am sorry for the added stress the scammers caused you and hope you understand now that we are 100% customer focused.

@LockandLoadLabs just seeing this. Thanks so much not even sure how the .de got added as I never even heard of that ending for an email I wil change my email password incase someone hacked mine. Nonetheless even when something is not your fault your team still came through. Class Act all the way. Thanks so much and will contine to order from you as I have for years.
