This is my first post re: my first order for my first cycle. Sup, e’erbody.
4/5 - Contacted LnL. Fluctuations in BTC stalled me out while waiting for fund boost to clear. Lacey was v polite and patient.
4/11 - Order finally confirmed
4/21 - Rec’d tracking and shipment confirmation
4/25 - Rec’d gear
Lacey was upbeat, professional, and responded quickly to all emails. Packaging and gear were perfect. The timespan of the order was obvs a little abnormal, but as we’ve seen, sources were slammed over these dates, so it was perfectly understandable. Never had to remind LnL of anything.
Overall, 10/10. I recommend LnL to anyone looking, and I’ll be ordering from Lacey again.
