tl;dr: Just wanted to let the board know (if there was any question) that Lacey and Lock and Load Labs have top tier customer service and products.
I placed an order in December for 3 vials of test and some adex. Everything arrived vacuum sealed and in great condition. I used up the last of my previous test vial and made the switch to using LnL test and was shocked to find the PIP was a bit strong.
I generally like to tell myself that I’m a weak bitch and power through stuff like PIP because this is the life I’ve chosen.
Fast forward to half-way through the third vial and I’m freakin dying. My injection spots are irritated as hell and my delts look like one of those ridiculous indian synthol jobs from subq leaks etc. I told myself “it’s not infected… it’s obviously just really high BA content. Let’s shoot an email to Lacey to see if the next order will be like this because this sucks and I wonder if it’s out of the ordinary.”
I emailed Lacey yesterday and she responded in minutes explaining everything. Apparently their BA manufacturer shipped them overly concentrated BA, and they didn’t realize it until packs were in the mail. I completely get it. Obviously, it’s hard to know who got what as a source that takes their OPSEC seriously. Emails get deleted so people get protected, but that comes at a price… a price I will happily accept.
After explaining everything, Lacey reassured me all gear that was made with the BA after it was discovered was trashed (along with the BA itself) and that everything is back to normal. She did not hesitate in offering to replace my 3 vials of test.
All in all, Lacey and Lock and Load Labs are stand up individuals who take pride in what they do and have excellent products. I’ve seen a couple of you impatient cucks whining after a day or two of no email response. Truth is: they are human too. They make mistakes. However, when mistakes are made they make up for it and have a track record of being a consistent, excellent vendor.
