Looking for first cycle recommendations (LEAN MASS)

Im 23, 5’10 and 175 pounds with around 10% body fat for the most part I have plateaued my natural body. I have many friends that have done cycles, iv read a fair amount on my own. Most places say you should start with a simple dose like just TEST and your PCT. Everything i have read and saw so far, I would like to start with something a little more. Im not going for a gain of 30 pounds. Id prefer to stay in the same physic maybe gaining 10-15, but i want to gain LEAN mass WITHOUT gaining fat. I will be dieting at the same time so that being said Im going for a more shredded look but also gaining some lean mass. Should i Just add Winstrol? or should i do a TREN cycle? I am honestly thinking of stating with TREN. It would be great if you guys could point me in the right direction! (Don’t comment bullshit like read… read… read- Im looking for advice from experienced people that will share there knowledge)

With your small size (175) you should just start on 250mg of test e a week. Use winny at the beginning for 6 weeks. Run the test for 12 weeks. See how you responded. Do your PCT. Next cycle bump up to 500mg for 12 weeks and see how you respond.

You won’t cut and gain muscle mass at the same time so choose one. If you prefer to lean bulk then you won’t get 15 lbs of muscle on any cycle.

Stay away from Tren until you see how you can gain from Test alone.

Imo, 23 yo. 5’10 175lbs you have not plateaued. But if you insisted on doing something, run test only cycle. There is a reason everywhere you look it says to do that. Trust the process. But I suggest you stay natty and work your ass off first

I honestly would be happy with gaining 5 pounds as long as I stay cut. I just dont want to put on any fat! If i could get more cut without losing any muscle that would be ideal. I think you understand what im going for, what would put me as close to that as i can get? If I were to do a Classic Cutting cylce where i am now would i gain a little from the test? or would i just get skinny af?

At 5’10" and 175 I think you should pack on some more weight. Unelss you’re 8% bf. Do a test e only cycle and eat 200 over your maintenance and see how you gain. You’ll stay lean.

IMO, go for 400mg Test E/C per week for 12-15 weeks, then PCT off. Eat a little over maintenance (+200-500 calories) and you should add LBM with minimal fat. Then PCT off. 250 per week will leave you a bit underwhelmed IMO.

If you want to run a cutting cycle, you can still gain a good amount of muscle if you not in a very steep deficit and you are not at your natural limit. I would not recommend this though, as it is an uphill battle and your gains will not be as large as if you are even in a small surplus.

I wouldn’t add any other steroids (winny, tren, etc.) to the cycle. You want to see how you react and gain from Test only for future cycles, and you won’t be able to get a good read on that if you are on multiple compounds. Plus, you wouldn’t be able to link any sides with the compound causing them.

I wasnted to ignore advice myself. First cycle I tried to stack Tren and Sus and Deca, granted in moderate proportions. Well after the 3rd injection (around day 11ish), when it “kicked in” I had some MAJOR regrets.
My had some PIP from poor injection technique, lumped up glutes from sub q blasts, I had Tren cold sweats (soaking 3 shirts a night), I could not sleep (woke up every hour in a pool of sweat), then on top of that I got a nice test/tren flue that had me bed ridden over a weekend. Furthermore my glutes exploded at the injection site with a rash/hives from an allergy related to SOMETHING i was putting in my body. I had no idea what to blame for all this mess. Dropped everything (brand, compounds, injection site, etc) continued week 4 with just 400mg/wk of Test E. Still guessing at the e2 balance (will do bloods in 2 weeks) All symptoms subsided, ( was Tren E so that was gnarley getting off). I’m an idiot but I deserve it for not taking the age old advice on all these forums. Sharing my story to help you.

TL;DR: took too many coumpounds, had bad reaction, couldn’t use deductive reasoning. Dropped to one compound (test e), better now

I’m on 600mg of Test E and I’m leaning out while getting bigger. All you need is test right now.

Just a clean diet with a slight surplus 100-400 cals a day and a little test will do the trick.

SST is great for a lot of things but you should really head over to r/steroids and read the wiki and post questions in their daily ask anything thread.

But if you really want my advice and to not be told to read,

Your going to want to go grams if you want to shred. Grams of the big 4, test, tren, equipose, and deca. Full fucking grams every week. Eat big, really big. Come on with Dbol and come off with winny and anavar, highest dose you can stand. It might take some time to dial your AI but I’m sure you’ll figure it out. Also, Permablast>BnC>PCT.

I tried tren my first cycle. I loved and hated it like crazy. I could only handle the sides for like 4 weeks before dropping it in favor of just higher test.

I kept trying to incorporate it and now… the sides don’t bother me one bit and I can use a fucking ton of it honestly.

Test, Tren, Masteron are my favorite compounds EASILY. Deca is just a dick breaker for me and I’m not really interested in any others.

My thinking is use tren if you just can’t help yourself. Really though, high test + masteron would be legit af and not make you feel bad at all. I feel amazing on just those two compounds. If you do use tren, still throw in masteron, they go together very well. Generally people treat test/tren/mast as a cutting cycle, which makes sense. However, tren makes it very hard to gain fat and gives a nice look, and masteron accentuates that look even further. Get below 10% BF with it and when you get your pump in the gym you will actually look like you’re on fucking steroids lol. Insane vascularity and tight skin and you can just keep the reps coming.
