Lumps behind nipple while on trt

Long story short I blasted while on trt. I was using 500mg of test per week and about the time I came off of it and back on my normal trt dose I noticed I started to feel some noticeable lumps. While on trt my e2 was around 30 not sure on blast. I do use a ai occasionally but the damn lumps are there and are really annoying. I will note I did have a small lump every since I hit puberty. I have heard serms are the way to get rid of them? I have a bunch of clomid my friend never picked up…but I haven’t heard that clomid would help with my problem. What exactly do I need to get rid of these embarrassing things. I feel great and have no other problems just these stupid leftover lumps. Again I will still be on trt dose while I try to correct the problem. Please send help:/

Don’t use Clomid for this, it’ll likely make the problem worse.

First line treatment should be Raloxifene, 60mg/day split into morning and evening doses. It may take a few months, but it’s extremely effective, especially for new onset gyno. In my experiences with Raloxifene, I’ve seen significant gyno reduction in 4-6 weeks, but it’s not uncommon for it to take longer.

If for some strange reason that doesn’t work, try Nolvadex instead, 20mg/day. It can be heavy on side effects for some men, so hopefully the Raloxifene does the trick.

Also, don’t allow your estradiol to climb too high while you’re trying to get rid of the gyno. I figure that’s common sense, but you never know.

Seconded for Raloxifene. Some would even go as high as 60mg twice a day. But I’d also talk to your TRT doc first. Of course don’t tell him you blasted but he might even prescribe it or tamoxifen for you so you wouldn’t have to worry about UGL.

Let me tell you, I had a sizable lump behind my left nipple. Masteron, Aromasin and proviron has it nearly gone 100%. I tried Ralox. Didn’t do a thing but make me sleep like shit. Yes, it was pharma

Will Raloxifene work for puffy nipples?
Masteron, Aromasin, proviron. Worked absolute wonders for me. Ralox didn’t help me. It was pharma grade. Just made me have restless leg stuff at night. I know other guys swear by Ralox, but for me, the combo of proviron, Aromasin and masteron was awesome. Only thing is that masteron tends to make me a bit edgy

I had this exact situation happen to me. 200mg of trt per week with no ai. Estradiol at 34.

First, drop any HCG that you might be taking.

Then you should get on Ralox or Nolva. You’ll feel much better on the Ralox.

I would dose the Ralox at 120mg initially (20mg for Nolva). Then drop down to 60mg ed (10mg for Nolva). This usually takes several months to reverse gyno.

Lastly, you should lower your estrogen with an ai. Letro is the nuclear option. Aromasin or Arimidix would work as well. You don’t have to crush your estrogen but absolutely you should lower it for an extended period of time

If you really want to go all out, masteron would be a good choice to include as well. Other DHT derivatives like anavar, primo, or proviron may do the same thing but masteron is proven to combat gyno.

You may want to consider surgery if this is a recurring problem as it will be better for you health and sanity in the long term.
