MCT Allergy

For those of you that are allergic to MCT, what are your symptoms? I’m trying to determine whether or not I am, and the only solid evidence I can come up with is that I just feel plain old shittier after I pin with MCT. Its almost as if I have much more general inflammation with MCT vs Other carriers

I get hives from MCT and feel sore as heck after workouts. GSO only for me.
