MedLab Gear Syringes and Needles

Never ordered from MedLab before and am reading through there terms and conditions and have seen this:

“The Sale of Syringes

This site (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by us from our offices within Ohio, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Ohio, by accessing this site you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services available through this site. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue any court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Ohio with respect to such matters.

1. Regulations on the purchase of syringes and needles vary from state to state. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with the laws governing the district in which they live.
2. The customer is certifying that he/she is 18 years old, or older and that the syringes or needles being purchased are intended for lawful use.
3. The customer is certifying that the syringes or needles being purchased are not being used to introduce any controlled or illegal substance into the human body.
4. MedLab International, Inc reserves the right to restrict or refuse sale to any person who may not be in compliance with our stated company policies on the sale and use of syringes and needles.”

Anyone here know if my friend’s buddy places an order for some syringes/needles to NY okay?

I am not placing this order I am asking for a friend of mine who has been diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency…

you are fine man. Plus I would think a condition such as vitamin deficiency would be able to obtain some sort of prescription from a doctor. You would not even need to use med lab gear.
