so I’m kinda just spitballing a cutting cycle, I would like to try tren but ya know tren is tren and it can be intimidating. So I’m looking for alternatives and started to look at ment, I know progesterone is something to worry about but p5p should work as I just use that while I’m on 300 npp so figured that would be enough but I’m looking for experiences with it, also kinda wanna try to continue it solo after the cut… let me know y’all’s experience with it. Oh yeah most sources seem to have it 50mg+ per ml so subq would be an option yea?

I did lol, I’m on Reddit and read the steroids sub experience thread, ask in the DAA. All I ask was for experience on another steroid forum….. no need to be a dickhead, could’ve kept your mouth shut instead of assuming I looked nothing else up

I cut with MENT last summer, I'm currently running 200mg per week.

1. So horny! Libido is insane on this, and I barely have a refractory period. Could be due to P5P deployment, doubtful though.
2. My legs get a good pump doing leg things; walking for long periods, up and down stairs, leg workouts feel very promising and the detail in my legs has improved.
3. I'm also on prescribed TRT, 120mg per week test cyp. Last year I ran test at 300mg per week (prop so EOD shots).
4. My estrogen stays around 39-45 on bloodwork, I also take 400mg DIM daily and do 20-30 minutes cardio almost every day.

If you aromatize like crazy on test, keep an AI close (MENT doesn't aromatize at the same rate as test, also it's 7a-methylestradiol in conversion). Also if aromatization is a concern for you, it may not be the best to cut with. I got lucky I guess, never really any heavy bloat (Dbol is the only thing that does it bad for me) and mixed with Anavar it really changed my shape nicely.

I wouldn’t say I aromatize like a bitch, I feel ok with high e2….. does it have any appetite suppression for you? I think I might try to run it for a week or two in December alongside 125 test and see how I like it….. I always have ralox to stop any gyno issues usually works well to stop the tingling nips also p5p because of npp. I just wanted something to give me something similar to tren well without the tren

I think I might try to run it for a week or two in December alongside 125 test and see how I like it….. I always have ralox to stop any gyno issues usually works well to stop the tingling nips also p5p because of npp. I just wanted something to give me something similar to tren well without the tren
E2 sounds like you'll be fine. I'm actually hungrier on MENT, hard to manage since I'm eating more at maintenance as to keep bodyfat down. I also take 200mg P5P before bed and if I get bloodwork showing prolactin increased, I have Pramipexole on hand to mitigate it.

I'd run it at least 6 weeks, but that's also up to how long you intend to blast. I'm a bit nutty, I planned for 8 weeks but looks like I might go 12 weeks at 200mg/week. Got labs lined up, donating blood next week and have 3 kits from Letsgetchecked as a snapshot of where my levels are. :sneaky:

Probably will end up just a 12 week mini blast, idk 75 ment 200 test maybe something else. Dhb sounds interesting. My nips ever have squirted while on this current blast of 300npp 500 test so I think the p5p is enough tbh I haven’t gotten mid cycle labs so I couldn’t tell you exactly where it’s all at but I feel good. We’ll see what I end up doing I could just buy both tren a and ment to do 4 weeks of each and see how I get affected by both then also interested in the solo ment trial since I’ve read ppl going solo with it

Out of curiosity when you get bloods done are you getting specifically the "Sensitive" Estrogen Assay? I ask as my experience has been when people don't mention it then it usually means no, they aren't getting it. Keeping that in mind, if the answer is no then you have never gotten even a remotely accurate Estrogen number on your bloods! With E being one of those levels that's critical to maintain correctly, for all manner of reasons from the neuroprotective to cognitive to gains, emotional stability etc etc it's seriously important obviously to get the correct assay and get the numbers right.

I'm not sure where people keep getting this idea that P5P on its own will do anything to control hormone levels, and btw its Prolactin and not Progesterone that you are needing to worry about (if you are thinking about P5P for control but clarification is needed; see my other post response). I'm guessing that you are just confusing the hormone names., especially while you mentioned P5P as a modality for control? In order for P5P to do anything correctly and with sufficient strength to work to control Prolactin levels it needs a Dopamine source. The P5P simply works to delay the cleaving of dopamine molecules therefore causing higher levels of Dopamine to cross the blood brain barrier in the brain,. This is the only time that there can be benefit from Dopamine in so far as your Prolactin levels are concerned. If the Dopamine is all burned up i the blood stream there is 0 mediating effect on Prolactin levels. Essentially what is happening is a dopamine agonist like reaction, similar to what Caber would do but nowhere near as strong! While P5P on its own theoretically could have a small effect there are many people walking around that simply do not create enough natural Dopamine in order for the P5P to have any real benefit and therefor the need for the Dopa source like Mucuna Pruriens for example!

Honestly, I wouldn't do anything with it, in addition to not cutting with it lol. I've seen a lot of neg sides reported by people and I'm sure that most of them could have likely been avoided with better knowledge of how to utilize the compound but we seem to live in a "cart before the horse" sort of era now where most folks can't be bothered t learn before attempting or they read 1 forum that is usually populated by pople who know very little but proclaim to be experts lol. Good on your for doing legwork 1st.

Ment was designed with 1 intention and that was to be a male contraceptive.. Now how ell it does that, who knows what the real story is but it does shut you down pretty hard. It never made it to primetime live so "shrug" who knows. From a BB perspective it aromatizes far too heavily IMHO to be worth dicking around with given I haven't seen any credible reports of exceptional anything from it! Impact on Prolactin, if I recall correctly is NOT affected by Ment but (and heres where your confusion of hormones and modalities gets weird) Progesterone is pretty strongly as is Estrogen. So you got the hormone impact sort of right but the P5P confused the issue as it won't do squat for Progesterone or Estrogen.

So I think all in all it's likely a good compound to not bother with, again IMHO.

Have you considered trying something like a Cardarine and Ostarine combo for your cut?

All I ever get is the sensitive estrogen assay, my clinic advised me to get that specific test done in my routine bloodwork. Most recent results show my estrogen at 39pg, not bad for a guy using TRT dose test cyp and 200mg/week MENT. 😏

I know and understand what I do and typically have a plan in place before I do anything, I give information when asked albeit it's anecdotal, but at least it's information as there hasn't been much in the way of PEDs for quite some time.
