I started developing Carpel Tunnel Syndrome last month shortly after starting 2iu of HGH before bed.. I thought I had just pinched a nerve or had some bad inflammation causing it and did not think it was the HGH. I decided to go up to 4iu split pre workout and before bed and my symptoms have exasperated at 4iu.. So clearly I'm lead to believe I'm getting these sides from my GH. The good news it, my GH is great. The bad news is my sleep is being crippled by waking up in the middle of the night in pain from my hands/wrist. The last thing I wanna do is stop, I've been noticing a huge difference since implementing it. I know the obvious answer is lower my dose, but even at 2iu I was still having my sleep get effected from carpel tunnel. I'm curious what you guys have done to mitigate carpel tunnel sides from GH, whether physical therapy or splitting doses EOD.. I'm all ears!!

Thanks

YouTube is the first stop for carpal tunnel PT.

Or, just stop the GH.

The thing with GH is u need to do very small increments to avoid sides. Let ur body adjust each step.

Starting at 2iu was too much shock for ur body to adjust, then 4 was way too much.

I suggest dropping down to 1iu for a couple weeks make sure the carpal tunnel goes away, then increase by .5iu every 2-3 weeks from there. VERY slowly and let ur body adjust each step. Ull thank me later then u can eventually work back up to ur 4iu no problems at all.

Good advice
I get extreme lethargy from GH. I think my thyroid is getting whacked. Any good sources for T4 on here? Most seem to have not so great reviews

Up your water. Srs.
Part of the reason GH is giving you carpal tunnel is due to the water retention - it's putting pressure on your radial and ulnar nerves.
If you increase your fluid intake, your body will respond by flushing out subcutaneous fluid. So.. get on dat dere 1.5-2 gallons of water per day. Do this for a week and I guarantee your carpal tunnel will get better.

Or lower the dose.
