I’m gay and listen to dubstep/drum n bass. I don’t listen to it outside the gym anymore, but it gets me super hyped.

Some dubstep is amazing for heavy lifts, like Excision!

Usually 90’s grunge, some Disturbed, and I’m extremely embarrassed to say this… Cardi B the other day. I was totally paranoid someone was gonna hear it coming from my headphones and think “wtf is this big bearded juice monkey listening to Cardi B for!?”

Death metal, thrash metal, some punk rock… Anything that is loud fast and aggressive also definitely nothing that promotes religion
