Looking for some ideas/advice on getting my bf back down… I am currently cruising on test cyp 250 a WK pinned 150 every 3.5 days… I’m mainly an endurance/obstacle course race athlete and since the beginning of the year had followed a diet/regiment program that the idea of it was that raising your bf and racing with more bf allows for your body to run on fat reserves as a first source of “fuel” before tapping into glycogen and can be replaced easier during long events… I was racing at 15-18%, now at 25-28%, racing/training is more difficult… not sure if I should switch to test prop and maybe tren while switching work outs to more cardio based or just keep on with the cruise and totally change work outs… Work out ideas/gear suggestions all welcome… Criticism as well…

Hey brother if you are at 28% bf I don’t think you should be pinning anything. Button down that diet track your macros get on a good hiit routine. High bf is going to make everything aromitize and nothing is going to work right. I’m sure you could try to run clen but that stuff is horrible for you. Look into sarms I’m not very familiar with it but I hear a lot of people run it for weight loss. As everyone knows it’s 80% diet 20% training. Post your diet on here and maybe some of us can send you in the right direction because to me it sounds like your diet is super bad.

Where the hell did you get the idea about running on “fat reserves”?

Test Prop isn’t going to help you lose fat any more than Test C; it is the same Test either way.

Tren could help you drop some fat, but it would also take a toll on your endurance, so I would definitely recommend against it if you are currently racing. If you are able to take a few months off competing, then yeah Tren would help, but it’s not really needed.

Fix your diet and get to a deficit. On Test and regular endurance training, you should be able to drop 1% BF/week.

300 test/wk is a blast, not a cruise. if you BnC, I’d find a legit “trt” cruise dose and get the diet down on track. forget tren as that will take a toll on endurance

28%?! Dude, you are freaking fat. And 16-18 isnt good either unless you just came off a very wet and long bulk. Drop the fork, stop eating trash, park in the BACK of walmart, do not binge on any netflix shows, count your calories, pick up something heavier than a snickers bar (with proper form), and you’ll be there in a couple years.

I’ve got a great exercise for losing weight, you don’t even need gear to pull it off!! It’s called “fork putdowns”, you should try it sometime.

when you say “run on reserves of fat” do you mean like a ketogenic fat adapted body? Because that diet and technique (used by ultra runners) doesn’t actually involve the user becoming fat, just eating more fat and balancing that by starving carbohydrates.
Nothing good could ever possible come from just BEING fat.

sorry my dude you were told lies, you body will use glycogen stores FIRST no matter what thats why KETO dieters eat no carbs so your body says oh shit well now i have to use our fat as fuel. and from what you said about this diet/regiment doesn’t sound like your doing keto lol research it and try it you’ll like it most people who actually do it end up liking it, its effective!

and if you don’t give fak and want to use a drug i would go with eq instead of tren.

you also might be a troll , or just new which i welcome both =) i troll part time as well

A low dose Ephedrine can work wonders for curbing/killing hunger. 8mg in the morning and 8mg in the afternoon along with some caffiene can really help out. Plus the dose is low enough where your side effects will be very minimul. Few weeks of that along with some hard work you will see great results.
