I started with Glutes, then Side Delts, then pecs, after that VG. Tried and hated biceps, triceps, calves and quads. Liked lats a lot, but can’t inject them myself, I’m as flexible as a brick, and I hate asking others to pin me

I’d say try your pecs, but with just ~0.3-0.5 ml for the first pin. I use 30g 5/6" needles and never have any issue. No PIP, no swelling, no lumps. Can hold a decent amount after you have injected a couple of times as well, up to 3 ml (I don’t go over 1.5 ml though).
