New old guy

Little introduction. I'm in my early 40s and have been completely off gear for about 6 years. I blasted and cruised in my late 20s- mid 30s but went through a divorce and a few other major shitty events. I completely came off, quit working out and basically threw my entire life in the toilet. In 2020 I got my shit together again. I have a great job, a young (early 20s) woman, and I've been getting back into shape. I'm about to start TRT soon and to be honest I can't shake the anxiety over starting a regimen of pinning 2 times a week again. I got so sick of it before. Any advice?

That's understandable when there's life going on between it all. It's like brushing teeth though. It gets to be routine. You know it needs to be done.

Right. I mean, that's how it was for years. I think I'm just remembering mostly the negative. I'm gonna jump on TRT+ very soon. Probably add some growth too. Im just ready to feel like a man again. My T has been very low for a long time.

I started trt a little over a year ago. I don't think I felt a noticable change right away. One day I noticed I felt good.
Right on. Yeah I don't expect to wake up a day after pinning and feeling reborn or anything. I do think that after a few weeks I'll feel much less sluggish, anxious, and emotional however. I completely crashed my T when I came off. I used zero PCT. I was pretty bad off for a few months.

Like any other unpleasantness in life, it’s all in how you “decide” it will be. Your mind is very impressionable everytime you pin make it an event, have a cheat meal after ….tell yourself over and over how much you love it. Ronnie Coleman screaming light weight baby….same idea .
