What’s up guys? Pretty new to SST and gear in general. Long story short I’m 21 years old and basically found out I had low testosterone. Last 3-4 times I got it tested, it was about 375. My endocrinologist essentially told me that he can’t prescribe me TRT dude to not being completely out of range yet. He the recommended I aquire testosterone from a UGL (which I have from here) and to self administer it. He told me he would look over my bloods to ensure I’m staying healthy and all that. Never heard of that so what do you think about an endocrinologist recommending that? I’m absolutely gong to do it because I have some pretty shitty side effects from low testosterone such as: extreme fatigue, mood swings, lack of muscle, etc. I essentially want a better quality of life.

My plan was to purchase blood panels from Private MD Labs about every 12-16 weeks and check: everything from liver, kidney, testosterone, estrogen, blood count, PSA, and then lipids and what not. (I know that’s probably a lot for TRT but I like to be sure lol). I’ll probably to a small 8-10 week blast every so often and I do have some arimidex on hand to control my E2 as needed.

Just curious to see what y’all think. Thanks for the feedback!

… go to a new dr who will prescribe trt they’re are thousands of dedicated clinics who don’t care if your 18 or 80 hell im prescribed 300 a week of test. I just choose to use ugl alongside it. And if your looking for a good fix the only test I like is prop. It’s quick your levels change in days not weeks you can easily do trt levels doing either 50mg every other day or 25mg every day. Using slin pins 5/8 inch 29 gauge by backfilling should put you at 1000-1200 on a steady rate making you feel better. Also they’re is no kick in period like cyp or e I usually feel prop within 48 hours. Just watch your levels donate blood every 3-4 months and try and get yourself feeling better.

Awesome man. I appreciate your reply. How much does it cost you to be prescribed because I’m guessing it’s not covered by insurance? In all honesty I’d probably just use UGL gear due to it being cheaper

Dude, your endocrinologist recommended that you buy and inject testosterone from an underground lab? I’m having a hard time believing that.

Lol why would I lie about that? you don’t have to believe me but it is what it is. I asked him, isn’t that considered malpractice and he told me he’s allowed to care for his patients.

375 is in the normal range. What was your free testosterone and SHBG? And that’s gotta be a first. endocrinologist, ya your test is on the lower end of the scale I can’t prescribe you anything. Go reach out to some bros at the gym for some ugl test lol

I agree, never head that before lmaoo but it happened. And yeah 375 is in the normal range but that’s definitely not normal for a 21y/o.

Free test: 18.0pg/ml
SHBG: don’t see it on the results

Hell brother mine was 800 natty in my late 30s your definitely low. It’s 140$ for 3 months from a compounding pharmacy shipped to your door. With needles swabs etc. honestly grab some prop I can’t tell you from who I’ve used southern, trying Jekyll, Sparta, lnl, all have treated me well honestly I’m trying Jekyll cause he just brewed his first batch here for sst and I’m all about trying the new guys plus… who’s gonna bring bullshit to market their first pitch lol. Not too mention his buy 2 get 1 was very enticing. I can’t tell you what to do but prop is my favorite even if it has pip because it works so damn quick.

Ya if you got high shbg than it could be making the test bioavailable. But ya I was tested at 300s in my late 20s. Look around for a good doctor but in mean time grab some from here.

Yeah dude I’m definitely low and it sucks but that’ll change soon hahaha. So after the 3 months do you have to go back in for another bloodwork? (And is the bloodwork an extra cost) Cuz then if you were to do a blast you’d wanna do it essentially right after your bloodwork so you can be back to healthy ranges from the trt. And finally where do you recommend going to check that out cuz $140/3 months isn’t horrible at all just to have a prescription

I do bloodwork every 2-3 months regardless a basic cmp and test levels is under 200$ and gives me a heads up if something is wrong. I like to have the script for travel purposes. Overall you can probably get away with some mild b&c and a mild compound like primo or anavar or masteron and enjoy feeling a little better as well but first things first get to feeling better and find your trt dosage.

Yeah man I appreciate it! Gonna hopefully see my dosage that I need for trt and maybe even see some gains on that haha. Thanks for your input bro

I’ve never heard of a doc being this open minded. If funds are an issue, and insurance covers your visits with him, I’d do as he suggests and get UGL test and have him monitor you. The drawback to going to a clinic and getting a script is cost. A doc this open minded would be a good one to have if you decide to run other compounds later and get bloods monitored. Most docs aren’t nearly this understanding. It mainly depends on whether a script is important to you. Quality UGL test is cheap and will do the trick just as well as what you get from a clinic.

It’d be interesting to know how he’s going to write up your visits so his practice group doesn’t freak out. Did he suggest a dose of UGL test fo you to use? If not, you could start at 100 mg a week broken down into a 50 mg shot every Monday and Thursday and go from there.

Yeah man, and this just to help me with a better quality of life via TRT. He was telling me that he has patients that take other compounds (not the dosages he recommends) but he still looks at their blood work. I asked how like is that legal and he claims he’s allowed to look after the safety of his patients. He then told me that him and one other doc were the only two at that facility that does that but hey if it helps me I’m not complaining lol.

The money for prescribed TRT isn’t necessarily an issue but if I can get it 10x cheaper from a trusted UGL then mid as well honestly. I don’t see the point in paying more just to have a prescription yano? The only reason I would truly want a prescription would be if I were to leave the US which I haven’t once in my last 21 years of being alive. Even if I did, there’s ways around it like getting Test U, etc.

When it comes to bloodwork: I will probably go to Private MD Labs myself and get everything tested and then bring it to him to evaluate. (Called him and he said that’s fine to do). If he was to order the bloodwork for me, my insurance won’t cover it but they will cover a visit/consultation for a $50 copay so that’s not horrible. I’ll prolly get him to review it 2 times a year and then maybe do one more and just look at it myself.
