No Luck with ExpressPCT International Orders (RESOLVED)

I had ordered from ExpressPCT in the past using their domestic and also their Express International from Singapore both with decent T/A.
However, I have put in 2 orders for International, one in mid-Feb and one in mid-March and it does not look like I will receive either of them anytime soon. At this point, I would just like to get my money back since I have already ordered what I needed from other domestic sources (SoCo & Miz) here and received my items in 3 days. I would not recommend at least not for International orders…

No information about either order, no information about your geographical location or how this works with reships. Zero indication that you’ve discussed with the source. Thread closed for incorrect use of this forum. This forum is for grouping together complaints about sources who have gone AWOL on communication, scammed, etc… Sounds to me like you should talk to your source or ask in his thread.

Oh, so I am supposed to give in depth details about my order such as order numbers and what I ordered???
Maybe I should post my personal address as well???
It says I ordered International and I am in the US.
Never claimed to be scammed, but source has stopped replying to emails and it was a complaint in the source complaint section!
Maybe this should be moved to the T/A thread with T/A being never???
Maybe you should be closed for incorrect use of being an Admin???

Thank you for your response. I’ll address each bit one-by-one as I feel comprehension may not be your strong suit:
  1. No, you should not post your personal address.
  2. Yes, in some capacity you did indicate that you ordered internationally and are US-based. Excellent.
  3. You did not indicate that the source was non-responsive to communications, maybe you can elaborate on what discussion you had, if any?
  4. We do actually have rules in this sub forum that advise you to collate your complaints into existing complaint threads about that source.
The sass is fun but wouldn’t you prefer to have the admin on your side in the event that the information you give us demonstrates that you were wronged? [email protected] is where you can give further information if you feel uncomfortable posting it on the board directly.
