Any comments would be appreciated. I’m 7 weeks in with a 450 test mg per week run. My problem is I work on a drilling rig away from home for 2 fucking weeks at a time no gym in site. I brought my 50 lb dumbbells. But for fuck sakes it ain’t a gym. Suggestions Will I lose everything I’ve gained??!

you wont lose anything lol as long as you eat obviously
two weeks off while on test isnt ideal but its fine
maybe some peak strength loss but even then
bring a set of resistance bands ive been using them for stuff lately and they can be even better than weights for some stuff

As far as my diet. Could be better at the rig. But I still bring ton of steak and decent halibut and tuna. Lucky I’ve got my own quarters at the rig so I can cook.

yeah nah 2 weeks youre fine especially if youre still lifting and getting pumps in. youll probably gain muscle honestly
i take a full week or like 9 days off the week before my comps to recover for the day
bring bag if whey or somethin too might as well

Get a trx. Can throw it right in your bag. ive been using trx for a few weeks now and while not ideal I am not getting the shoulder pain I was getting and still getting a decent pump. Just makes sense in my current situation.

Ya rite on. I’m making do I guess. Last hitch before Christmas our camp had a full gym This time I’m in igloo county!!!
