Package stuck in DHL (Germany) customs.

Hey guys,

As our emails keep getting swamped with this concern daily, we will say the following regarding this issue-

DHL/Frankfurt Airport has been AWFUL this month. We see some packages last a single day there, but others get stuck for weeks, the longest being almost 30 days. There is nothing we can do about it… We speak for other vendors as well in regards to this issue (@“AIPCTSHOP” @“DragonOrdnance” ). It sucks, it shouldn’t happen, but the MOST our company can do is reship your order once 25 BUSINESS days have passed. Please reach out to us if you are eligible for a reship. We will send it either again through DHL, or by EMS.

If you are tracking a package through USPS, you will not have an accurate timeline of your packages tracking events. Please always use 17TRACK (set courier to DHL Asia), or use https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com.

•On another note, all international orders will be shipped by the end of this week. All domestic orders placed on or before 12/24, were shipped out. Expect a longer T/A as USPS will not resume work until 12/26.

Being from Germany, there’s no perfect way to track your package, as once it is handed to DHL, they oftentimes don’t update tracking. Had packages sitting at neighbours/shops for days when 17tracking & DHL websites still listed is as “in delivery”. Those fuckers don’t even leave a note where your package has been deposited half the time.

Guys, Express is having the same issues everyone is having around the world with DHL and epackages and more. We’ve not talked to Expresspct on this and had no idea they were facing any issues but I can assure you that DHL can get very complicated at times. Nothing they can do about it, trust me if sellers could speed up shipping or customs or others we all would. Bear with them this is out of their hands.

Some folks thing suppliers lie or bull shit when they don’t know the full story or structure of the situations that are faced. Not their fault they just know the full inner workings sometimes.

Had package sent out from Singapore the other day and I’m trying my best to forget about it, and not watch tracking like it’s my favorite TV show, lol

Anyways, I’ll update when I know what’s up!

Express domestic was literally the fastest I’ve ever experienced!! I’m determined that y’all ship from my city lol

This won’t apply to Singapore post packages! These ship directly from Singapore—>USA, very quick (outside of holiday months, as that stands true for all shipping couriers).
