Pain after inj

Hi
What are you suggest for pain after inj?
When the dosage per ml it’s high i have this problem it’s something like a fell when somebody punch you, now I have that after inj in shoulder.
This site don’t swell up but I fell this part when I do something.

What type of ointment I should use? Bengay?

Not sure if there’s really anything you can do to make the pain go away. Maybe Bengay to subdue it a little, or ibuprofen, moist warm towel? I usually just deal with PIP.

Is normal in virgin muscle and sometimes happens with a bad injection. It’ll go away, I never take anything to ease the pip pain.

If it doesn’t swell, you’re ok. That’s just normal PIP. Just watch out for a swollen PIP, that usually last a lot longer, hurts worse and usually means " the oil has separated from the test crystals leaving them to grind into the muscle." This is a quote from a guy BTW… not my made up advice or opinion which should never be taken seriously BTW… just saying.

Listen to what he says. my quad injection was leaking subQ which caused pretty bad swelling. it’s been almost 2 weeks and the pain is gone but still a bit swelling. not a lot.

next time try the Z track method. it has helped me prevent leaking subQ.

what i also learned from here is that it helps to keep the site warm. every night.

The funniest part of the pippy scandal was they didn’t believe me when I said the leg was swollen for 10 days. Trust me… the deep pain and surface pain is my first thing that ends up the worse. The swelling does affect you but it’s not the worst part of the situation by far.

I obviously stay away from legs now, but when I do any injections now, if it takes 2 full minutes to put in even .5cc then so be it. I warm the oil a bit, go really slow and it’s been helping A LOT. I’ll even add a tiny bit of GSO to test prop just to ease my mind. I had a 40mg shot today of prop and added 20mg of that. Never got any pain from it. Hopefully it stays that way.
