For some reason I’ve got a painful test e homebrew. I only injected a .2ml trt dose

This time I used mig instead of gso. I used a recipe on a homebrew calculator

The injection hurt instantly and the oil flowed pretty slow

What did I do wrong? I did it the way I usually do… now I’m wondering if it’s not usable anymore

Post the recipe. Hard to tell what you did wrong otherwise.

Recipe is posted. Only thing I could think of is if I somehow messed it up? But I’ve never felt instant pip from only .2ml and I thought MiG was supposed to flow faster

There’s not much of a difference between MiG and MCT oil. It’s slightly thinner.

What did you use to filter?

I used a presterilized bottle top where you just pour it in. I’ve done this many times and never had this issue before

Bottle top filter right? You didn’t need to pull a vacuum to pull it thru the filter.

Mig is very thin and should not flow slowly at all. Perhaps you injected into a patch of scar tissue? If not something like this the only guess I can make is user error in brewing such as confusing your BA and BB bottles on accident which still doesn't account for the oil flowing slowly. Are your raws tested?

used PPL test e raws which were liquid. The resulting amount of oil seemed like less than expected but figured it was a loss in the filter.

Anything to do? Thinking of scrapping and ordering more raws just to try it again

where did you get your raws from ? Im assuming your not heating ? If its something like Test E with a low melting point , Its possible the batch of raws it came from could have melted in transit at some point , possibly before you received it . Many times they will just toss the pieces that look melted and sell the rest.
when a compound melts it becomes acidic destroying most if not all of the batch . If this is the case you will get instant injection pain
If you have more of the same raws you can try heating and mixing it when your preparing your oil .

Check out this video -
. It could just be the raws themselves causing the problem, a lot of people including me cannot use UGL Test E. Just a theory though, I am not a homebrewer.

I'm glad you're in pain bro, it means you did something wrong now you must master your craft so it is PIPless!

Just FYI, you don't need to add BB to Test E, it is absolutely unnecessary and will only add burning since it is a solvent. Substitute any amount of BB for plain oil. It does thin it out some but other than that is not needed. So no heat and no BB. You put 15% of your solution as solvent for 280mg/ml concentration and 1%BA but it sounds like you have some raws that are not to your liking. If you have used the same method and raws before then logic would dictate that you are having a reaction to the Mig. Are you sure you didn't confuse the BA and the BB? That is a common mistake and it would make it burn quite badly. I'm assuming you are pinning sub-q? The only other thing I can think of is if you received Test P instead of Test E. Hope I helped some.m Thank you,
Syn

Also as an aside, some people just react badly to Mig840 and can't use it at all without pain. If you've used Mig successfully in the past with no issues, its probably from that batch of "bad" test e that was causing issues earlier in the year/last year. I personally prefer Test C so I haven't mess with E in a long time.
