Competitive PL here. Recently injured my TFL and possibly IT band in my left leg and have had to be benched from squatting for a couple weeks in the middle of a blast/prep. Was looking into the option of a peptide to aid in recovery. So far have seen several options TB-500, BPC-157, MK-677 are what I’m seeing have most popularity. Has anyone had any luck w these and if so can u share advice/anecdotals?

Anecdotal here.

I have a partially torn rotator cuff, and I been using BPC and TB for the past week and my pain is legit non-existent now.

Placebo? Maybe, but whatever it is, there is a noticeable difference for sure.

Regarding GH, I haven't seen any medical research to statistically validate the healing of tendons and connective tissue to where it has become the standard of care. But, I've never used GH, so take that for what it's worth. MK-677 seems to me more effective as a performance enhancer, than it does as a recovery agent (from a connective tissue perspective).

Link to BPC-157 and TB-500 research if you are the type like me to validate anecdotes to the medical literature.

I wish you the best of luck. I know how bad injuries suck.

ive had many preps where i have to use bpc for injuries
id go 200-250mcg everyday twice a day
some people also run tb 500 but i dont have experience
bpc seems like it helps me get over things in time to compete or hit the lift again the next week
im also adding hgh now but for a variety of reasons

Thinking I will go with a blend of the two myself. Saw online they can both be pinned subq. TB500 @4mg 2E3D and BPC157 @250mcg in the morning and before bed. Any suggestions on better dosing?

I been doing BPC-157 at 500mcg 2x per day (1 shot AM / 1 shot PM). TB-500 at 2.5mgs 2x per week. So 1mg daily for BPC and 5mgs weekly for TB.

Honestly, I started both together so there is no way to tell which is working more, but I get the sense that the BPC-157 is really what is helping more.

I always assume BPC is more worth it than TB. Ive used BPC many times but I wish I could somehow gauge its effectiveness, like if I could try to heal the exact same thing with or without it to see how much difference it makes, but its not really possible

Ive got a 3 week supply left of my TB, and once that is done, I am going to just run BPC and see if the effects are the same.

Pure anecdote, but I almost get the sense that BPC has some type of anti-inflammatory or local anesthetic effect when injected.

I actually kinda feel the same way
it seems to get rid of pain right after pinning it in the area
but that could be placebo

I know BPC is typically injected locally to the intended area, you guys doing the TB locally or just do it anywhere sub q, and let it go systematically?

I’ve seen this too but how would I go about directly injecting my TFL that sounds brutal

i honestly dont think i wouldve been able to compete last time without it
i had 2 weeks to heal a major pain in my hip after it popped and somehow it managed it

I was extremely skeptical at first, but I swear by this stuff.
Huge difference in just 1 week for me so far.

Bookmarking this. Looks like a great protocol for acute injury treatment.
