4 weeks ago I finished my first ever test E blast and now I’m cruising at 150mg of test E. When I started the cruise I dropped the AI but started to get extremely bloated and you guys told me to taper my AI since I’m using Arimidex. 9 days ago Saturday I took 1mg Adex. The following Monday .5mg and then last Thursday .5mg. The bloat is gone but I’ve been feeling like complete shit. My joints hurt and I’m extremely tired no matter how much I sleep. Barely made it to work last Friday and today. Last week ended up being a Deload because of how tired I was. I haven’t took Arimidex since Thursday but I’m still feeling the sides. Should I pin more test to raise my E2 a bit or wait it out? Please help.

I’ve experienced the same symptoms you’re describing when learning to dose the ai towards my body. The joint pain in both elbows was something I never felt before, I finished my chest workout early that day.

My humble advice to you is exactly what I did: I waited it out and I immediately made an adjustment to my ai scheduling. Before, I was 12.5mg aromasin eod…and I started to experience the symptoms, leading me to suspect my estrogen levels were too low because the ai was too high. I extended the time between ai dosing from eod to e3d…and the symptoms went away. Later blood work confirmed that I was now in range of appropriate e2 levels.

As my user name suggests, I’m still learning and I am in no way a veteran with years of experience. My suggestion above is simply what I did when I was in a similar situation as what you are in now.

Textbook case of too much AI. DON’T overcompensate and pin more Enanthate ester test. If you had Ace or Prop then the release would be rapid enough to help you out a little bit.

Arimidex is non suicidal so it didn’t completely destroy the enzyme it bound up. So even now you’re well on your way to your levels coming up having stopped taking it days ago. You should be just a short period from feeling better.

Is your cruise an established cruise dose that you know exactly how much (if any) AI you need to take? If your cruise protocol includes taking an AI then wait until you feel better (joints/lethargy) THEN wait a week before resuming your standard AI protocol. Unless your idea of a cruise is 200+ mg of test a week then skipping a week should get your E2 back well into healthy range before you start to control it again.

I barely crashed my E2 going into the weekend once (was purposefully taking AI because I wanted to KNOW what low E2 felt like for MY body) and the last 2 hours of work til 6 on Sat were tough. Felt totally exhausted. Literally slept/laid on couch Sunday and my day off on Monday and shook the feeling of death enough to feel slightly human again Monday night and went back to work still sluggish but not death warmed over Tuesday. This is all to say you’ve learned a valuable experience and now you know whats happening in your body. Some people have said they like having Dianabol on hand to take a heavy dose to unleash rapidly aromatizable agents into the body. As mentioned, another option would be to keep a vial of Test ACE to be able to spike your test levels for a short period (50-100mg Test Ace as soon as you realize you’re crashing, and the burst volume of test from the ace spike will be mostly gone in 3 days, totally gone in a week)

Dbol bombs are my personal favorite way to unfuck my E2 if I nuke it into nothing. Fast and easy, just like @“Bearslovecheese”

Cruise dose isn’t established yet. This is my first time cruising so I went with the standard 150mg a week dose. I got bloods last Saturday morning for test and E2 and will adjust from there if necessary. Thanks for the personal anecdote man it makes me feel a little better knowing others have experienced this as well. Quick question, is Arimidex stronger than Aromasin because I used Aromasin while blasting and I got the achy joints when I took too much but never got the drained feeling like I’m getting from Arimidex. Or do some people just react differently. Think I’m gonna go back to Aromasin.

My joints ache and I don’t feel like doing a damn thing but I’m going to try and wait it out.
