Purple Panda Labs asking for more shipping costs

Sup guys, total newb here to juice and sources. Ordered some finished injectables + injection equipment from PPL, and got an email from their support recently asking for an additional $20 shipping. I don’t mind paying the extra money, but just want to make sure this is a legitimate request given the recent phishing and data breach.

Bro this is a scam. Don’t reply to the email and do not send any money because of an “email”… the total amount of shipping is $50 and it will always remain $50 never any emails saying “you owe x amount more”.

That’s weird; it came from the official email and not a spoofed address (I messaged them first to ask about a tracking number question) so I was inclined to believe it.
