Question about shipping raws to California?

Hi,
This is probably a stupid question but I when I try to go to Dragon Ordinances homepage it says “site isn’t working” and so then I went to PPL’s homepage and there is a rotating banner that says they have “100% success passing customs to all countries” and “4-5 day shipping around the globe”. I see that they are listed as a verified domestic source but I want to order some raws that are listed as international and I live in California so for me it would be more like 15-20 days at least right?

Also, I keep reading in these forums that California is absolutely the worst for International shipping because of San Francisco Customs and that a lot of packages get seized there and then sent as an empty box with a customs letter in it. Sorry if these are stupid questions…I’ve only ordered from U.S Domestic verified sources thus far and this would be my first international order and I’m trying to do my research

I ordered from PPL forever ago and the stealth was so good I didn’t know where my shit was. Also they did “something” to force it through different customs. That was awhile ago but I’m sure they’ve only gotten better at what they do. I can’t answer your specific question (s) but figured you’d want to know my experience with it.

lots of Intl. california packages come into the US through NYC customs not SF customs, but not sure why one would make a difference over the other. Sounds like weird conspiracy to me.

They are looking for shit like fentanyl from China. Packages to the US from China typically go through SF customs. It isn’t a conspiracy they are just checking that shit with a microscope.

Thanks ya’ll, yeah I’m gonna go ahead and give it a shot. I do see a lot of horror stories online about shipping from India to CA but maybe China has a better reputation lol. Anyways, I did contact them when the Chinese New Year was over and they seemed reassuring. Can’t know for sure till I try right?

It won’t make as difference where you are man, international vendors/exporters will always route their packages to JFK. Sometimes they go elsewhere. San Francisco literally seizes everything, Chicago customs just loses your shit for months then sends it. When you get it it, it looks like it went through a washing machine.

You could be in New York, and your package gets routed to San Francisco. Vice versa.
