Personal Experience:
Nothing beats tren for what your talking about IMO. Bu I’m also assuming “recomp” means losing fat while still staying full looking (this is usually a result of nitrogen retention and Intra-cellular fluids staying high) and being able to still slowly increase muscle gains. Tren has always allowed me to lean out while looking super “dry” but not loss any of the weight from my bulk (even if it is just some water retention). I have never found any drug that has allowed me to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same rate because the body is almost never good at doing both at the same time. Usually you’re doing one or the other and almost always to the detriment of the other one that isn’t the focus. The beauty of all anabolics is they will protect the muscle (and in some instances if all variables are in you favor) gain muscle while losing fat to one degree or another. Tren is exceptional at this.
Melt experience is just what was mentioned here, a compound known for gaining mass like Deca or NPP (less water retention in my experience with NPP) and a compound that helps manage estrogen effects and water retention (most call this a “drying effect”) like Masteron, EQ, or Primo. If you keep the Test and NPP doses low enough to promote good muscle gains (300-450 each week from my experience) without causing a lot of estrogen and prolactin fluctuations you shouldn’t gain a lot of excess water. Then add in the other agents at a good dose since they all promote muscle gains (just slower and smaller than say deca or tren). My experience is MastE at around 500-600 a week. I saw great gains and little no bloating.
These cycles also tend to give far less side-effects to me and I can run them longer as well (14-18 weeks). I think the key to remember is slow gains of quality are better in the long run both for appearance and long-term Health. I completely stay away from all orals personally. All they seem to do is trash my blood pressure, lipids, and liver values and never seem to give results that warrant the health effects.
Also, is that the real Dr. Tony Huge commenting on here or you just using his name!?! If so, you sir are a hero.
