Ordered from Sasquatch, he got the package out the next day and it arrived to me on the 5th day.

Had a slight issue with some pieces of filter in the gear, PM’d him and he offered to replace + $200 in store credit-- which was much appreciated but I really only wanted what I paid for in the first place.

Resent the replacement test + extra vials anyway. Was really easy and quick to order and process and went the extra mile to make up for a common error.

9.5/10 would let Sasq bang my mother.

Man that’s absolutely fucking impressive customer-service, $200 store credit for his slip-up regarding the filter media in the vial. Ordered from another source on here (who I won’t name) and had like weird shit floating around in my vials, sent in pics to let him know and he offered a re-ship at my expense. Seems Sasquatch is much more generous in the “hey sorry that happened, let me make it up to you” department.
