Okay so @“Sasquatch Labs” had a 20% off promo and I placed an Order but their EQ was OOS. I asked if they would honor the 20% promo while I wait for the EQ to come in. Response times were in minutes most of the time. Either Jay or Dino. They said “cool, np”.
Well I waited the few weeks they were predicting that it would take to restock the EQ and tried again to place my order. Instant response but still out of the EQ. I said cool.
I then waited a few more days and decided that I’d just rather have Deca anyway and emailed asking if I could sub Deca out and would actually prefer the Enth instead of the Cyp I put on my first order because they were out of Enth.
Instant no Problem reply so I recalculated the price with the discount and revised order and resent requesting payment instructions. Lol I messed up my calculation and didn’t give myself the full 20% off but they DID!!! They replied quickly with payment instructions, I sent coin and mailing and the products showed up in less than 5 days. maybe even under 4. Even got a “we shipped your package” email.
These guys are on it. Looking forward to the gear.
