Idk what he said on here when he announced the sale, but on another board he was clear it would take a while to get packages going out to be mindful of that prior to ordering. If people needed packs asap to no order during the sale. When there’s no sales you’d have your pack about the same turnaround you mentioned.

but shipments will be going out all thru July and the 2 weeks before we close July. Everyone will get tracking when orders are shipped again there will be no specified shipping date.

Yep, it says the same thing here. His T/A is fast normally, but as he stated. It won't be through July.

So your reship was straight up missing things you paid for? That's pretty crappy honestly. If his policy is to reship a full order if lost by usps, it's the same as receiving an original order with missing items.

Anytime there is mix up on a order we make right or refund if customer request. We dont give excuses nor do we take peoples $$$ money and leave them unsatisfied. At any point and time someone is unhappy with our products. We make sure they and taken care of to a reasonable extent of course. Also everything is explained in the sale rules and very straight forward and clearly says if you do not agree with said terms please do not order so there is no misunderstandings. If any body that has participated in this current BOGO and didnt take the time to read the instructions. Feel free to email us and we will gladly take you off the list and refund you your money and you can order from another source it is no hard feelings here. Like @T&H said he knows other sources that could have you your packages sooner. It is not a competition for me I do what i do and do it the way I feel it is safest for my company and people who purchase with us. Everybody who has been dealing with us knows I come thru and conduct business in a proper trust worthy way. Thanks AG
