I’ve been a long time Purple Panda customer, but the BS is a little too much this time, so figured I’d post about my latest order as a warning for y’all. Got my order yesterday of a bunch of raws and some carrier oil, BA, and BB, and everything is SOAKED in benzyl alcohol and a smaller amount of BB and MCT. It got into a few of the raws, my deca got saturated as did a part of my test E. I figured they’d make it right somehow, sent them pics of the clearly leaking product and the wet raws, and they come back with “oh that’s just cuz deca has a low melting point, and it shouldn’t be a problem, send us a video of the liquids being weighed.” I don’t know about y’all but I don’t keep my house at 90 degrees F. Not only are the liquids leaking, but the leaked product mixed with the dye of the labels, staining everything it touches blue. Seems to me that raws and liquids shouldn’t be packaged in close proximity. I don’t feel totally safe brewing this gear, so it looks like I’ll be searching for another source after this.
