I think I know what my problem was and it could be yours, too. For some reason, even though I’ve made orders in the past, when I looked at my account info, my shipping info was blank. I updated it, hopefully they see this post

Just got an email, literally 10mins after I said “ same “ with a tracking number. Isn’t able to track yet but they came through

I ordered shortly after you 5/12, packs says it was in the US on 5/20 when I got the tracking info but it hasn’t moved since then. Was this the case with your pack too?

That has been my experience a number of times. Tracking seems to go dark once it arrives in the US and then randomly shows up a week or so later.

Question about the ordering process at DO:

• I placed order 05022215209 on 5/22
• Received confirmation of receipt of payment from DO on 5/24
• Got an email from Jade saying my order was deleted and to re-enter it on 5/25
• Redid the same exact order as #05525034459 on 5/25
• Received another email from Jade saying my order was deleted and to re-enter it just now, on 5/30 *edit* I've been told this is so I can track my order. If they process a new order internally it won't be trackable from my account.

They already have the email confirming not one, but two of this identical order. There's literally no way they don't know my order, shipping address etc.

What's the standard for this? I've never ordered from DO.

Edit: cleaned up some of my complaints since Jade is working to move this forward.

@DragonOrdnance - it helps when you post their name, it should get DOs attention so hopefully he can figure it out for you. I've put several orders with him, definitely not a scam, still sounds a bit confusing but he'll make it right

Edit: cleaned up some of my complaints since Jade is working to move this forward.

Happens on orders with Transferwise - it just takes some time to confirm pick ups with the third party service; but I believe this order is all good to go now as you are able to track it.

I received the domestic portion of my order yesterday. So, ordered 5/30, received 6/3 for domestic. Fast & stealthy shipping, the vials and caps all look very professional.

I get why they wanted me to do the re-entry for status tracking, I just overreacted since this my first time ordering outside of my TRT clinic. I'll update once I start the cycle.
