Thats correct . Monero Takes longer for payment to go through . sometimes I have to manually update it, but most of the time it will update on its own after a while

crypto can take some time to clear . sometimes the website times out before the payment hits our wallet . No need to be concerned , It happens to roughly 5% of the orders that come in . Monero and Eterium take even longer . sometimes it updates on its own to processing, other times we have to manually upgrade it . We go through every order to check payment at least a couple times a day, so at some point we will match the payment with the order and update it . dont worry about it timing out . If it times out close it out and check the site to make sure your order updated to processing by the end of the day . If you see that it has not updated then shoot us an email with the transaction ID# or a screen shot and we will track it . It may mean the payment hasn't went through yet. Hope this helps and sets your minds at ease . we will handle it for sure

I didnt want to be the type that blew up, got big and placed some kind of $200 minimum on orders . I wanted to leave the door open so that wether you could afford large orders or just one bottle at a time you would still have access to great products and great service . Every customer is important to us, not just the ones that spend big or over $200 . However lately we have been getting a very large amount of single bottle orders , Which I dont have an issue with at all , The problem is that some of those guys are ordering 1 bottle every week . again I dont want to sound ungrateful we welcome your business. The only thing Im asking is for those guys to consolidate a little . If your one of those guys that has to order like that , all we ask is that instead of ordering one bottle every week you can order 2 bottles every 2 weeks . A 50 minimum order is absolutely understandable. Ordering one vial at a time is a waste of $10 when you're Ordering the next week or two.
