During normal business hours we will usually get back to you and answer emails within a few hours, more often then not much sooner . After regular business hours email return times will slow but we are still here answering emails usually up to 8pm . we need some down time guys. weekends . Saturdays are normally like a weekday and Sundays will be like after hours a little slower responses . we have families as well .
As pertaining to orders and the website . when ordering its always best to make sure you get an order number and a copy of your payment receipt or at least easy access to it as well as the HASH ID# those will come in handy if anything were to happen like the order canceled but you sent payment . I will easily be able to look it up and mark it processing once payment is found . There are some reasons an order can cancel and payment not seen by the website . 1 is you used the copy and paste method and not the barcode and BTC fluctuated in that time . 2 you chose a low mining fee . this can delay payment and order will time out. I recommend using the barcode if you can That being said its no problem for me to update any canceled order very easily . your sending payment to our BTC wallet the same as if you send it to the address I give you If you order though email . all I have to do is look up the payment and mark it processing . Thats where having that info comes in . just email it to me
processing or complete on the website . An order marked processing is for your reference showing your order wasn't canceled and is processing or on the way . It does not mean order hasn't shipped . Marking an order complete is more for us then you . we don't mark it complete usually until we know its arrived and you have it . Its more a reference for us.
shipping . All orders are shipped 24hrs after payment was received occasionally it can take 2 days and allow me to explain why . The reason we need that second day sometimes, very rarely , is not because the order is not ready its for OPEC reasons . I cant describe why on here but if you would like to know the details you can email me and I will be happy to go further into detail about this. Trust me this is for our good but for yours as well . you don't want a source who is inexperienced and pays little attention to OPSEC we do not play games when it comes to this . If its a matter of you trashing us all over the boards or shipping and breaking our protocol . we will choose to hold it every time . During normal business hours we will usually get back to you and answer emails within a few hours, more often then not much sooner . After regular business hours email return times will slow but we are still here answering emails usually up to 8pm . we need some down time guys. weekends . Saturdays are normally like a weekday and Sundays will be like after hours a little slower responses . we have families as well .
As pertaining to orders and the website . when ordering its always best to make sure you get an order number and a copy of your payment receipt or at least easy access to it as well as the HASH ID# those will come in handy if anything were to happen like the order canceled but you sent payment . I will easily be able to look it up and mark it processing once payment is found . There are some reasons an order can cancel and payment not seen by the website . 1 is you used the copy and paste method and not the barcode and BTC fluctuated in that time . 2 you chose a low mining fee . this can delay payment and order will time out. I recommend using the barcode if you can That being said its no problem for me to update any canceled order very easily . your sending payment to our BTC wallet the same as if you send it to the address I give you If you order though email . all I have to do is look up the payment and mark it processing . Thats where having that info comes in . just email it to me
processing or complete on the website . An order marked processing is for your reference showing your order wasn't canceled and is processing or on the way . It does not mean order hasn't shipped . Marking an order complete is more for us then you . we don't mark it complete usually until we know its arrived and you have it . Its more a reference for us.
shipping . All orders are shipped 24hrs after payment was received occasionally it can take 2 days and allow me to explain why . The reason we need that second day sometimes, very rarely , is not because the order is not ready its for OPEC reasons . I cant describe why on here but if you would like to know the details you can email me and I will be happy to go further into detail about this. Trust me this is for our good but for yours as well . you don't want a source who is inexperienced and pays little attention to OPSEC we do not play games when it comes to this . If its a matter of you trashing us all over the boards or shipping and breaking our protocol . we will choose to hold it every time . This is not to spook anyone . we have been doing this a long time and have solid protocols that we do not break for any reason
If for any reason orders are behind we will always post on here . if we are going to be down a day, or a week or whatever we will always follow protocol, contact the mods and make a post . our goal is to remain as transparent as we can without jeopardizing our opsec protocols and maintain the higest level of customer service, and product quality we always have had
