Yeah I emailed a few times. Can't reset password no clue on my order status either.

1st order was absolutely awesome. Ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I was very impressed with the speed. However, I ordered a few days later and I have still yet to get my gear. It’s been over 2 weeks since I have ordered. I reached out and they gave me an eta on delivery but no tracking and it never showed up on that day. Emailed 2 more times and no response. Hoping I’m not out money for all the gear I ordered. I’m also in the middle of prep so it’s kinda upsetting.

Their site won't let me reset my password and no clue on my order either... Boo!

We have been absolutely swamped and undergoing an entire lab revamp bringing on new help and that itself incurs its own internal struggles as you can imagine. All emails have been responded and dealt with accordingly. I swear some of you guys won't let a man drink his coffee before birthing a cow. This is literally in my front page bio.

This is not only for our security, but also for the security of our clients. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond.
