Having the same issues but I am a slut for sales, I'm just assuming since it was holiday time they're a lil backed up but I hope to God my $$$ doesn't disappear or imma make myself disappear.I hope all you guys, plus people reading considering buying choose a more communicative and reliable source. This has been a pattern that I've noticed and I'd never buy from him.
Update: pack has now started moving arrival expected on the 7th still no response to email or replies on this site. Will update again when the pack lands to see if all items are accounted for.

Yeah it was a relief to see. I did order through the site they provided, so it was auto updated with the information for me. Hopefully everyone's just backed up and he had fun over the holidays. Time and time again I see you on threads bashing us for something we openly convey as a term for our service. I'm starting to feel like you may have a crush on me and if you'd like I'll send you some free gear to try and change your mind.I hope all you guys, plus people reading considering buying choose a more communicative and reliable source. While some sources may respond fairly quickly, WE DO NOT, we do not have access to SST, Protonmail, Tutanota, etc unless we are on a secured device. This is not only for our security, but also for the security of our clients. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond. If you do not like this, please feel free to seek any one of the other competent sources available.

It appears multiple packs from the 25-2nd are experiencing updating delays. I noted a good bit of them have updated as of the past 24/48 hours but a few still remain delayed.Update: pack has now started moving arrival expected on the 7th still no response to email or replies on this site. Will update again when the pack lands to see if all items are accounted for.
We also plan to bring on a dedicated individual for emails that can handle them 24/7 so we can appease our client base.

This is nothing on our part, I have verified the packs were dropped within an appropriate time frame. If you feel this is unacceptable after you receive your package please me and we can work something out.

Order volume is at an all time high and our team is doing a very impressive job at getting everything done correctly. We are working on more updated test results with some included product additions.
