just received my first order from Viper. The second half of it. I went on a limb and took a chance with his BOGO sale. Not only did i have to wait about 10 days after getting the first part of my order to get the test i ordered, they also only sent me half of what i ordered and just forgot about the 10 free ones i was supposed to get. I'm not very pleased that i will more than likely have to wait another 10 days to get the rest of the test i ordered, if it gets taken care of.

Reality is there are a ton of US domestic sources with 2-3 business days T/A so while you may be in love with him, everyone else doesn't have to be.

Personally I thought the turnaround time was fine considering the sale, but my other 2 primary sources usually have my purchase to me before I even get a chance to ask them if it shipped.

We understand your position and considering veterans day it really put a pause on the shipping. Our general T/A is 3-5 business days and up to 5-7 business days on sales and holidays. He was mainly addressing your downplaying of another customer's legitimate complaints. Since you aren't personally affiliated with VF, your comment wasn't needed. I'd be frustrated too if only part of my order shipped, and my BOGO items were left out. Expressing disappointment in such a situation is valid, even if delayed shipping is anticipated during a major sale and the holiday season.
